What kind of products do you work with?
I deal only with metal products as shown on the PRODUCTS link because this is my area of specialty. I have worked with a company running Plastic Injection but prefer metal.

Is India the only country you source from?
As with the products, I specialize in Indian Manufacturing so I tend to stay that course. I have sourced Die Tooling in Taiwan but that is about it.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements with your customers?
I sign these agreements with all my customers as a precaution but as most people in this business know these are only deterrents. As I stated in the link ABOUTMK the companies that I deal with have been working with me for many years and this relationship is what keeps things honest.

How long does it take to get a quote?
It generally takes about 1 week after I send it to my associates.

Do you have a minimum order amount?
Minimum order value is $10,000.00. It really depends on the product and the difficulty of setup and production run.

How long does it generally take for the shipment to arrive?
If there are moulds to be made (which is the case most of the time) it can take one to two months. You also have to factor in the time it takes for a sample run/sample submission. This could ad another couple of weeks. After the sample is cleared for production run (maintaining there are no engineering changes) it is fairly quick.
Most of my associates are located near an ocean port, which speeds up the process of shipment. After the production amounts are established, shipments are ready in a much shorter time.

How does the shipping process work?
All shipments go direct from India to a port of entry in a major city near you. You will then have a customs broker of your choosing clear the shipment and get it shipped to your door. We quote your order with the freight paid to the nearest port to you.
