MK Outsourcing was established in 2002 as a part of Midland Die-Casting. I created this company to specialize in the Indian Manufacturing Industry where all of my outsourcing experience has been. Before this the company was known as Midland Die-Casting centering only on Die-Casting in North America with some offshore manufacturing. In 2001 I made the decision to cease manufacturing here in North America due in part with the trend of outsourcing overseas. Having extensive experience in overseas manufacturing I decided to deal only with manufacturing in India offering the service of consultant/project management. My expertise is in Die-Casting and Die Tooling with formidable experience in Plastic Injection, Metal Stamping, Progressive Metal Stamping, Assembly and Automation. As one would expect I am also familiar with the quality standards based on these industries. My overseas experience includes all aspects of setting up a liason office, managing projects and all the logistics involved in transportation. I have a "base" of manufacturers that I have been dealing closely with for the past 6 years all of which are ISO/QS certified.

The company is comprised of myself and on occasion when needed the resources of two seasoned manufacturing managers. The company also uses the resources of affiliated company professionals in bringing the best service, quality and competitive pricing to its customers.
